Charming and clean 3 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow located across the street from the University of Indianapolis campus. Ideal for UIndy events, downtown entertainment and conventions. Located in a quiet neighborhood just south of downtown, with close proximity to Fountain Square, Garfield Park and Bates-Hendricks. Walking distance to the Uindy Red Line stop offering direct access to some of Indy's best neighborhoods. Close to I-65, offering a quick drive downtown or to shopping. Our guests have told us they love the comfy, retro feel of the house. It's spacious and in a great location.

Differently an A+ great stay felt right at home. You wouldn’t be disappointed. Graham is a great host, he responds back quick and will accommodate you to his best ability. Next time I’m in Indiana I will definitely stay with Graham.
Graham’s listing was just what we need for our short stay in Indianapolis. My daughter and I went to tour the University of Indianapolis. The university is right across the street. The house was clean and well stocked with everything anyone would need. The lockbox code didn’t work at first and Graham responded immediately. We felt safe and found all that we needed nearby. We highly recommend this cottage.

Ample free street parking. Walk to UIndy events or to the red line to go downtown, Garfield Park or Fountain Square. I-65 exit 107 is nearby to go downtown or to Southport/Greenwood for shopping.

Hello! My name is Graham and I am a teacher living in Indianapolis, IN. Some things I love include French wines, listening to dance music and watching reality television. I love to travel throughout the world and try new cuisines. I'm a Francophile and love to practice my French whenever I can. We have been staying in Airbnbs for years when we travel and so we are excited to start hosting as well.
