This unit does require stairs for access and has a flight of stairs to the master bedroom. No unregistered guests on property at any time. Any attempt of a party will result in a $500 fee and an immediate on site termination of stay with no refund.

Narissa是一位非常细致的房东，屋子新装修，很干净，设施很完备，特别是厨房提供的调理非常丰富，很适合自己动手做饭的家庭入住。而且还提供小吃，有关房子入住要求也非常明确，回复及时、坦诚，容易沟通，很细心。如果说还有不足的地方，就是房屋属于我们这边叫做叠拼的户型，因此邻居间会有一定干扰，同时由于在路边，经过的汽车或者摩托车会对居住安静有影响，但屋内的确非常宜居。
Really beautiful unit with plenty of space and all modern fixtures and appliances. We will definitely stay there again next time we come back to the area. The only thing to be aware of are the steps. You need to go up steep indoor steps to get to the unit which is on the second and third floors. We had a baby with us who is not yet mobile, but if you have a crawling or walking baby, you will need to keep a very close eye on them.
This place was perfect for our stay. Very nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Narissa is very kind and super responsive. We were no more than 20 min from everything we needed to get to. Free parking was right outside the door. 3bd 3 full baths was very convenient for our party of 3. We would definitely stay here again. We recommend Narissa's home to anyone visiting Boston.
