Amenities: Will we provide a starter kit that includes dishwashing soap, dishwashing detergents, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, laundry detergents. Beach equipment that we include: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, toys for kids No smoking or vaping will be tolerated. You will be charged $500.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor. No pets allowed. *** $200 Cleaning Fee that you see will cover: $50.00 non-refundable condo association application fee. $150 one time cleaning fee **** Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times.
