Please note not a suite but cozy slightly rustic small sleepout with WiFi. Handy to Rangiora, making it easy to plan your visit. Small outside private area with porch. One room with queen bed and onsuite. Does not have kitchen. Does have microwave small fridge, .Off street free parking. 30 minutes from airport, 2-minute drive to Rangiora main Shopping Centre, 1 minute drive to Park and Ride South Belt Park. 15 minutes walk to local swimming pool. On a back section offers free parking in a residential neighborhood. Sleepout is between the main house and garage with private area and at the back of sleepout. There is one room and an ensuite.

Great place & is perfect for a stay in rangiora nice & quiet
Brenda’s wee sleep out was exactly what we needed for our short trip to Rangiora. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable and the cabin warm. Supplied were lots of helpful amenities such as a hair dryer, bodywash and coffee. The property is very peaceful and private as well as being nicely situated close to the town centre. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks Brenda!!
Lovely private space with everything you need. Walkable to town, recommend Buddha Stix Thai restaurant, great food & staff.
