Sophie’s Rooftop Bar and Restaurant offers panoramic views of Galway city and beyond from their terrace. With heaters, awnings and plenty of cosy blankets and chairs to curl up in.

The best way to get around Galway is by foot. There are lots of tiny streets and pedestrian-only areas, so it's easy to get anywhere within the central business district on your own two feet.
However, the inner-city bus services are provided by the public transport provider of Ireland, Bus Éireann. The bus routes usually start at Eyre Square (city centre), travel outwards to one or more suburbs and then turn around and return to Eyre Square (city centre).
