I rent out my own apartment during the times I am on a business trip. The apartment is super well connected directly at the stop Zülpicher Str/Gürtel (train line 9 & 13). In the apartment there is a bedroom (1.60m bed), a small guest area (1.40m bed), a living room with work corner and an eat-in kitchen with balcony.

The Airbnb was so beautiful and felt like home! Super clean with a comfortable living space, kitchen and bedrooms! The location was also right next to the trams or you can take a lovely stroll to the city (lots to see). I highly recommend this AirBnb!
No faults at all. The apartment is very nice and very clean. Nicolai is responsive and friendly. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area!
Toll ausgestattete und gemütliche Unterkunft in Köln. Auch mit Baby sehr gut zu beziehen - nur einige Treppenstufen zu nehmen. Absolute Empfehlung.
