Dog-friendly fenced garden, terrace & garden furniture. Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels included. Welcome to 'Julia': A Nostalgic Holiday Home - Ideal for Family Vacations Friendly Living and Dining Area: Discover our cozy holiday home 'Julia', filled with wonderful childhood memories. Enjoy the bright and welcoming living and dining area with large windows. Experience the nostalgic charm of the authentic furniture, some of which are in the style of the 80s. Garden Idyll: Our fenced garden in the back with a terrace is the perfect place for cozy hours outdoors. There is also a small shed with garden furniture and a front garden with a lawn, ideal for a picnic or for parking bicycles. Convenient Parking: Benefit from the convenient parking right at the house, which makes handling luggage much easier. Nearby Beach: Just about 1.5 km away is a clean sandy beach, easily accessible on foot or by bike. For those driving, there are paid parking spaces available. An additional dog beach is located about 400 m from the main beach. The sea is shallow at many places, ideal for splashing around and building sandcastles on the beach. Functional Kitchen Charm: Our compact kitchen is practically equipped and offers everything necessary to prepare delicious meals. The small dishwasher saves water and is a handy helper. Bright Bathroom: The bathroom has natural light, a shower, toilet, and a sink. It is cozy and best suited for individual use. For any case, a small washing machine (3 kg capacity) is available. Fireplace Romance: On cold days, the fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth and romantic moments. Eye-Catcher in the House: A highlight of the house is the picturesque spiral staircase that leads from the living area to the first floor, where the bedrooms and workspace are located. Cozy Sleeping Arrangements: The beds in the children's and youth rooms are more suitable for children but can be used by adults in an emergency. A portable and foldable baby bed is readily available in the youth room. Free Wi-Fi and Digital Entertainment: A Smart TV provides access to common TV programs and streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime (own accounts required for use). Workspace in the Gallery: On the upper floor, there is a chest of drawers that can be quickly transformed into a workspace overlooking the dining area. Tested for Families: Ideal for families – the house has been tested with 4 adults, 4 children, and a dog and offers a lively and unforgettable vacation experience! However, we would only recommend this to real family people

Eine schöne, einfach gehaltene Unterkunft mit offenem Kamin, die für unser Angelwochenende optimal war. Sicherlich auch gut geeignet für Kleinfamilien. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Toll gelegene Wohnung/Haus, super schnell mit dem Fahrrad am Strand und nahe gelegenen Ortschaften wie Kappeln oder Maasholm. Die Wohnung selbst, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, genauso wie das Interieur (Betten könnten mal erneuert werden) Einziges Manko, durch die hohen Hecken ums Haus, gibt es sehr viele Stechmücken! Ansonsten schöne Wohnung, tolle Umgebung alles super mit dem Bike zu erkunden.
Haus war gemütlich und sauber. Lage ist toll mit dem Strand um die Ecke. Wir hatten einen sehr gemütlichen Urlaub.

The immediate surroundings of our cottage are well-maintained and consist of a harmonious blend of holiday homes and residences inhabited year-round. Our cozy settlement stands out for its pleasant atmosphere, offering a quiet residential area free from through traffic, perfect for a tranquil stay.
Family-Friendly Environment: Children can safely explore our neighborhood, going on little adventures. The numerous green gardens bestow a friendly ambiance upon the surroundings and are ideal for leisurely strolls.
Beach Excursions: Just a short 1.5 km away is a clean sandy beach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and building sandcastles. An additional dog-friendly beach is located approximately 400m from the main beach, ensuring that your four-legged friends can also enjoy the seaside.
Indulge in the calm, cleanliness, and serenity of our neighborhood as you unwind in our holiday home. Spend relaxed hours in the private fenced garden or on the terrace, letting the pleasant atmosphere of the area envelop you.

Seit 1980 machten das die Eltern analog, heute (lies: seit Juni 2023) mach ich´s digital. Anfängerfehler inklusive. Seht´s mir nach. Noch 150 Zeichen übrig und ich merke ernüchtert, über mich gibt´s offensichtlich nichts Interessantes zu erzählen. Ganz im Gegensatz zum Ferienhaus!
