This apartment is located in a strategic area, near access to : 1. Kalideres KRL Station 2. Kalideres Bus Terminal 3. Transjakarta Stop (Pesakih) 4. Pelangi Kasih School 5. Daan Mogot Mall 6. Hermina Hospital 7. Soekarno Hatta International Airport 8. North and South Rawa Buaya Toll Gate access With a limited number of units between 10 to 16 units on each floor, our privacy will be better The unit I rent is the largest studio unit in Canary Tower. So you will feel comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness and neatness of the room is a top priority for me. You will use an access card to enter the unit. When you enter there will be a clean and tidy kitchen and there are various cooking utensils tableware and some basic spices for cooking. On the other hand you can make coffee or tea that I have provided. In front of the kitchen there is a bathroom equipped with a water heater and various toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper, hair dryer and so on. Entering the living room, there is a queen-size bed with cotton sheets, pillows and blankets. There is a 55-inch television and a work desk that is equipped with many universal sockets so you can easily use them. A wardrobe with a large mirror is equipped with clothes hangers to store your clothes. Outside there is a spacious balcony for you to relax. I always change the bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels every time there are new guests. The room will also be thoroughly cleaned every time there is a change of guests.

Por segunda oportunidad me alojé en donde Antonius, como siempre el apartamento estuvo ordenado y muy limpio. Agradeceré siempre a Antonius por su flexibilidad tanto para el check in como para el check out. No tengo como agradecerle lo comprensivo que es ante los inconvenientes que uno como viajero tiene y sobretodo su amabilidad y cortesía. Muy recomendable y si vuelvo algún día a Jakarta con seguridad me volvería a hospedar en tan excelente lugar.

Antonius es un excelente anfitrión. Samsung apartamento es perfecto para descansar, hacer tu propia comida y pasar un buen rato. Todo es impecable, aseado y ordenado. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para tu comodidad. Cerca del centro comercial Dan Mogot si no te da pereza caminar unos 10 minutos allí encontrarás de todo lo que necesitas. Reservamos por 2 noches pero nos sentimos tan bien que finalmente nos quedamos 4 noches en total. Realmente un excelente lugar y muy recomendable.

Perfect home for three weeks, and the apartment had everything we needed. This place was very, very clean and Antonius, the host was excellent. Location is very well located for the Airport, which is why we chose it. Whilst there isn’t a lot nearby by foot right now, you are 5 mins away from the local mall by taxi or scooter and rarely 20 minutes by car away from most of the amenities you might need. SCBD is 30 mins away by car when there isn’t much traffic. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend and our host was very responsive and professional.

Compacte, erg nette en schone studio in een groot appartementencomplex. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Goed werkende airco. Fijn om aan het einde van de dag een duik te kunnen nemen in het zwembad. Antonius regaeert ook snel. Prima verblijf gehad. Enige wat ik een beetje onderschat heb is de reistijd naar het vliegveld. Het leek op de kaart erg dichtbij maar kostte toch meer dan een half uur aan reistijd. Naar Kota Tua ongeveer een uur. Maar goed, dat zal in een stad als Jakarta nog steeds wel kort zijn.

For now, some units in Canary Tower, 2nd floor, are still unoccupied. So the atmosphere is quite calm to rest.

出行信息

1. To enter the parking area from the main gate continue straight then turn left at the second gate (the first gate to exit the parking area). Car parking can be done in the basement, ground, P1 or P2. For motorcycles at P1 near the elevator area. For bicycles on the ground behind the lobby of Blue Jay Tower.
2. To go to the basketball court from Canary unit 0216, please go down to the 1st floor then to the right and enter the Dove Tower hallway, the basketball court is at the end of the hallway.
3. To go to the garden area, BBQ area and children's play area from unit Canary 0216, please go down to the 1st floor then right.
4. To go to the swimming pool area from unit Canary 0216, please go down to the 1st floor then right past the garden and enter the Blue Jay Tower hallway, the swimming pool is located between Albatross Tower and Blue Jay Tower.
5. To go to the Fitness or Gym area from Canary 0216 unit, please go down to P2 floor then towards Albatross Tower, the location of the Fitness or Gym is next to the management office.
6. The commercial area is on the ground floor on the outside.
