Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Only 4 miles from river and lake and the ozarks and also 11 miles from college and shopping so come enjoy the outdoors or go shopping. We are also 45 minutes from Eureka Springs & 1 1/2 hours from Branson Missouri. Apartment is very clean and kept , mattress is not very old has a nice porch to set out on and enjoy nature in the shade.

Parking is in front of stairs for easy access.
