Not sure if this was supposed to occur, but the free range goats (4) and 1 black cow brought our many years of cabin experiences at or near the gorge to a new level. I own a farm and have animals, but something about the animals roaming around free range like that while we could just sit back and admire the movements brought my kids so much joy. Our last morning while packing up, they were relaxing on the front porch (so please note the little prizes left behind were not ours) Ha! We loved the place. Hoping it doesn’t become too over developed as the quietness and peacefulness despite being 20 minutes from exit 33 where Gorge Vegas is made it so worth it. Kids loved the visit to the attractions, but anticipated their return to the cabin. Thank you so much for hosting. My kids want to stay for a week in future.

We had a great stay. The foliage was beautiful around this property this fall! We used this as a base camp when hiking around Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge. The hot tub was a nice feature to come back to and rest after a long day on the trails. The place was clean and comfy!
