A 7-eleven is right in front and street food market is a couple minutes walk away. Traveling is super easy with the MRT station only about 150 meters away. Perfect for use as remote working office. You will enjoy the quality living with privacy and local atmosphere. This unit is at Lumpini Selected Charan 65 - Siridhorn Station condominium. It is on the 5th floor, corner unit. It is at the end of the walk way so nobody else will walk by giving you complete privacy and quietness. Cozy apartment next to MRT . Need pass to entry / exit , very safe and secure . Have everything you need , especially washing machine , dryer and kitchen! Host response fast and clear . refilled hair wash ,body wash ,laundry liquid and toilet paper roll as requested. Within 24 hours . Close to Khao san road , Chinatown , Wat Arun , pink lao shopping centre , Indy market , local market and etc . However abit distance from asok / nana/ Rama 9 place. Enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back next time !

This apartment was really what we were looking for a long stay. It has everything that you need: utensils for cooking, fast WiFi, incredible TV’s, space to eat and work (dinning table), coffee machine, gym, coworking and pool. During our stay we meet no insects in our house, which is a huge plus for us! Overall, it is cozy and well-equipped. Even though there are few things for improvements (such as worn out bed sheets and towels, no free parking space and strange smell coming from sewage) we would book it again!

Located in a residential area, popular among the locals. Anyway, it is perfectly civilized and foreigner-friendly. Importantly, it is near key tourist attractions such as the Temple of Emerald Buddha/the Grand Palace (4 km), Bangsue Grand Train Station and Khaosan Rd (5 km). You can commute by MRT, boat, and bus. So this area is really a smart choice to stay where you can enjoy lower living expenses but still easy to go places. This is exactly why it is very popular among the locals.

出行信息

Perfectly convenient using the MRT train. It is on the main route (Blue Line) and the MRT station is only 100 meters away (Sirinthorn Station). This line takes you to most prime areas of Bangkok without transit including Jatujak Park, Sukhumvit (Asok), Silom, Sathorn, Rama 9, Huaykwang and Chinatown.
It is also near Chaophraya River and you could also choose to commute by boat at the Sanghee Pier.
