Gather with family and friends! Updated 3 king beds/2 baths/2 blocks off Main on corner lot. In the evening, enjoy the hot tub in fenced pet-friendly oversized yard, have wine by the fire pit as the deer emerge from banks of Town Creek, or enjoy a game of ping pong/corn hole. The home features soaring ceiling/open-concept design perfect for meals/games. Kitchen has new appliances and large sit around bar. Patio offers gas and charcoal grills. Make MEMORIES at Bowie-N-Travis! Permit #8056001607 -3 Bedrooms-each with king size beds -2 bathrooms with showers (1) en-suite -2 outdoor sitting areas in fully fenced yard -Hot-tub -Gas fire-pit -Garage w/washer/dryer and ping-pong table and second refrigerator Pet Friendly Rules: -Fee $50 per stay, up to 2 dogs < 50 lbs. -We request prior approval for additional dogs and excess of weight . -If you bring a dog, do not allow dogs on unprotected furniture/beds and pick-up and dispose of waste. -We provide extra sheets/bowls/poop-bags. -If these Pet Friendly rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 added to your reservation. House rules as required by the City of Fredericksburg Short Term Rental Ordinance -Observe the City of Fredericksburg quiet hours 10pm-7am -Fredericksburg is a dark sky community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when not in use. -Observe the designated parking locations (2 driveway) and 1 on Travis Street/1 on Bowie Street along side the house. -Place all trash in designated container. Trash container is only allowed on street for pick up 24 hours before pickup day (Friday) and must be returned to property location by garage door on driveway within 24 hours of pickup (by Saturday). Please do not move trash container to street without being requested to do so.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg. Jeff, our host, suggested a few places to visit and we took him up on them. The best was a little German restaurant, Altdorf’s - EXCELLENT food. The ambiance, the music, the food and the service - superb. We did quite a bit of shopping, visited the lavender fest, enjoyed several restaurants, hot tub, table tennis and just each other. Thank you Jeff for providing the perfect getaway for a Girls weekend adventure.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Jeff was a great host, even allowing us to enter the home before the official check-in time so that we could drop off some food that we bought on our way to town. The home was absolutely adorable (I want the decorator to help me with my personal home!), beds were comfy, the hot tub was exactly what we needed during our relaxing mini-vacation, the home was located super close to downtown Fredericksburg, and we had a blast playing ping pong at night! I highly recommend staying here and I'm sure we'll be back soon!

Do me a favor, STAY HERE!! The hosts are amazing! They gave us great advice for places to go and left us some wonderful goodies, so thoughtful! We played ping pong, we used the hot tub, played corn hole, we did it ALL. The place is walking distance to main street and the location is quiet and beautiful. Absolutely loved how it was decorated too. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

The place was great, fun living room and spacious back yard with hot tub. Jeff was a fantastic host, he left some treats for us (and the deer!) and was super responsive and helpful. We felt at home. There was plenty of space for 6 people and the beds were huge and comfy. Well stocked kitchen and great coffee setup. We had a wonderful stay!
