This is a nice, large house in al-Bireh. There's plenty of space in the home for an average-sized family to fit comfortably. The host was very responsive throughout our stay. The location is away from shops and restaurants. Overall, we had a positive experience, but we did have some issues early in our stay. The house was very dirty upon arrival. We found lots of dirt/dust and dozens of insects throughout the house just on day 1. There was also significant dirt and hair in the bathrooms. To us, it looked like the home hadn't been lived in for at least several months, but the host Hanin assured me multiple families had stayed there recently. I sent pictures of the problems to the host and she was very understanding of our situation and reimbursed us for this issue. There can also be some noise due to neighbors, children, and animals outside late at night, but is otherwise a nice place to stay if it is cleaned properly.
