We open the doors of this newly renovated and designed studio in the heart of downtown Vannes, just steps away from the Marina and its quays. The building has a secure entrance with an elevator and staircase that will facilitate your access to this top-floor accommodation. You will be amazed by this cozy and well-arranged living space with all comfort for up to 2 guests. The layout of the living room offers a pleasant and bright area with its wooden flooring, exposed beams, and multiple windows. This clever space provides ultimate comfort and multiple facilities with sofa bed, a large wardrobe for your belongings, and a work desk with storage facing the window overlooking Vannes. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area are available for you to prepare meals or snacks (coffee machine, refrigerator, oven/microwave, kettle...). Your daily hygiene needs are taken care of by a practical bathroom that includes a hot shower, bath mat, and clean toilet. We also provide a cleaning kit (sponge, 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dishwashing liquid, 1 multi-surface cleaner).

Logement très agréable, propre, bien placé, rien à dire !
la communication avec l'équipe à été parfaite. Le logement est très bien situé au cœur de Vannes et de ses activités.
Nous avons du prendre ce logement en urgence après un problème sur un autre logement, le prix raisonnable et l'emplacement idéal nous on décidé. Pas de regret, l'appartement est fonctionnel et propre. Seul bémol, nous avons lu la description en diagonale dans l'urgence et n'avons pas vue que les draps, les serviettes et le ménage étaient à payer en plus... Ce qui explique le prix relativement attractif. J'ai un peu de mal avec ce concept, faut donc compter 55€ en rab. Nous avons donc décidé de faire le ménage nous même, malgré que tout soit fait pour que l'on paye vue les équipements très sommaires pour nettoyer. Deuxième petit moins, quand on arrive sur le palier du 4eme ça pue un mélange de cigarettes froides et de chien mouillé, mais ça ils n'y peuvent rien. Sinon pour le logement en lui même, rien a dire il fait l'affaire pour 2 sur une petite semaine, emplacement vraiment top !
Its ok! I have to say, for the price I have been slept better (incl. breakfast + cleaning/towels) since I‘m here. The neighbourhood is excellent!

C’est en 2017 que je décide avec mon acolyte de toujours, Charline de créer une entreprise privée, Mc Votre Conciergerie, dans le but d'accueillir bon nombre de voyageurs dans notre ville de prédilection en mettant à disposition des logements accessibles à tous pour leurs vacances.
