Newly refurbished fully equipped house. We may be new to short stay lets but we are not new to hospitality. We have prepared the house for a group of friends or a family with kids. On the edge of Nottingham city centre, 0.5 miles (10 min walk) from trendy Sneinton Market. The nearest local shop is a 4 min walk away. Sleeps 6 guests but could add an extra bed for a 7th if required. It is l on a very quiet road with only one close neighbour. Off-road free parking enough for up to 4 cars Newly refurbished semi open plan, kitchen, lounge with dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a lovely meal or simply enjoy a takeaway served on proper plates. - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Fridge - Freezer - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle. We also provide - Tea, coffee and a few bottles of water. The lounge/ diner has a 2 x three seater sofas. One of which is also the fold out bed for guests 5 and 6. There is also another fold out single bed if required. - Wifi - Coffee table - TV (HD smart with international channels) - Dining table and chairs for 4 people Two double bedrooms with double beds in each and lots of wardrobe and drawers space. - Ironing Board - Iron - Hairdryer Brand-new bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. We also provide - shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and hand soap. We also provide a towel for each guest. More towels are available for longer stays.
