This cozy two bedroom house is newly renovated and HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. It is only a couple of minutes from the heart of small town Danville and features a spacious back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Equipped with high speed internet and smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. No pets/no smoking please. This cozy 2 bedroom home has been fully renovated and is handicap accessible with an entry ramp and 36” doors. Near the heart of Danville and Centre College.

I loved staying here! Check in was incredibly easy and straightforward, everything was clean and comfortable, and food and shopping is relatively close! This home would be my first pick if I visited again (:

It is home to Centre College, the Brass Band Festival, Pioneer Playhouse, Constitution Square and various unique locally owned restaurants, cafes, and shopping boutiques. It is better known as “Title Town”, housing two high schools with multiple state football championships. Beautiful town and strong community!
