We are hoping that it brings us good memories and wish that our place does the same for you! 24/7 security guard. We have a studio apartment with a balcony on the 7th floor (in a 27th floor building) in Tuol Kork and we are renting the whole place. We have loved and lived in this space and hence the place has everything right from a yoga mat to a well equipped kitchen that you might need to have a comfortable stay. This cozy, quiet room is perfect for a relaxing stay. The modern design is minimalist and clean, with a space of 30sqm that is perfect for two people. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the city, and you may even be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of a train passing by from time to time. The great night view is perfect for enjoying a drink or two before bed. Sleeping area Experience new feeling by sleeping on a neat mezzanine floor with 110cm height where you cannot stand up right. The available matress (90cmx180cm) is for 1 person. If you come with a friend, he/she can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Balcony The balcony is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the city. You can also use it to have a small BBQ party with our mini portable grill for 2-3 people. Top Floor The top floor of the building has a clear blue pool and a gym. This is a great place to maintain your fitness and good mental health. There is also a wide space on the top floor that can be used for big parties, upon request. Location The room is located in a central area of the city, a 1-min walk to shops and restaurants; and around 15-min Tuk Tuk ride to big malls and entertainment areas such as cinema. It is right behind Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL) Also, please don't hesitate to check if we can arrange for other things you need. **IMPORTANT** House rules: - We want to make you feel like home and easy during your stay. Thus, we provide some essentials such as shampoo, shower gel, bar soap, cooking stuff (oil, pepper, salt…), clothes and dish, floor detergent…and more. Please note that it is one-time offer. When it runs out, we don’t refill and you can easily buy at nearby shop. - Also, there will no cleaning service and if you need, you can let us know. We will try to arrange for you. - unregistered guest is not allowed to stay in the premise without approval from the host. When found out, you are facing immediate eviction and removal from Airbnb. **Other necessities with your cooperation for a better world: - When leaving home, pls switch off * AC /all the lights / water tap - we encourage you to use the ventilation door for better health and save the electricity - if you need to use AC, pls close the front and back door to cool the place faster Thank you.
