We loved our short stay at NYC Stay’s place. The communication with the hosts was prompt, friendly and they also checked in to see how our stay was going. The beds were super comfy, plenty of space for our party of five and very quiet. The house is will equipped with amenities, such as tv’s in each room, a large washer and dryer, a big comfortable couch and a large table suitable for bigger groups. It was located within walking distance to supermarkets and only a short drive to most things. Our only suggestions, not a criticism, would be for a better equipped kitchen for families cooking and a better description of the room layout. There are three bedrooms in the property, one without a bathroom on the bottom floor and then on quite a steep third floor, two other bedrooms and bathrooms. This could be an issue for elderly guests and alternatively families with young children. Thank you again for the stay.
