An open air and fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher for any meal time needs. The living room features a sleeper couch that can be turned into a bed, a smart TV, and a gaming console. The apartment is located on the ground floor with two attached gardens. The first garden is adjacent to the rear of the unit and can be accessed through the kitchen, dining and living room. A large gas grill is available for use in the garden along with additional outdoor seating. The second garden is attached to the smaller (children's) bedroom. It includes a sandbox and patio furniture for private enjoyment of any accompanying little ones or relaxation in the evening sun. The larger bedroom includes a full size bed. The second bedroom can double as a guest room or children's room. The room can be equipped with a crib, toddler bed or a second full size bed. The full bathroom features a 6ft bathtub and shower.
