The apartment is on the 4th floor of a 4 story building and has an elevator. Once you are on the ground floor, you are only a few steps to the sandy beach of Petrovac! The Riva promenade along the beach is filled with shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. The apartment has WiFi throughout and every room has a TV with 300 cable channels. Every room has an air conditioner and beautiful sea views. The first bedroom has a queen size bed which sleeps 2, closets, drawers and a TV. The second bedroom has a double bed which sleeps 2 and two single beds which sleep an additional 2 people. This room also has a TV, chest of drawers and a hanging rack for clothes. The sofa in the living room folds out to a queen size bed which can sleep 2 people. The large living room has 2 comfortable sofas and a dining room table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. All pots, pans and utensils are provided as well as coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. There is a toaster and hot water kettle. The balcony has two chairs and a table and views over the Adriatic Sea and the Riva of Petrovac. The full bathroom has a shower and bathtub, washing machine and a clothes dryer. The half bathroom has a toilet and sink. The nearest airports are Podgorica (45 minutes) and Tivat (1 hour). There is a public parking lot only a few steps away. We ask that you please respect the other guests in the building and not have loud music and follow the quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Check in time is 3 pm.
