I am not one to leave a negative review but I feel like others need a heads up. It is noted in the instructions that the dryer breaks often. I sent her a message early the morning of my check out asking if I could do a load of laundry as I wanted to get permission, and she did not respond until less than an hour until my check out time. This did not leave me with enough time to do a load of laundry before check out so I did not. I also would like to note that there was laundry in the dryer. I then received a message later that day indicating that I had broken the dryer and would be charged a fee for a repair man to come and fix the machine. After going back and forth on this, she finally agreed to not charge me to have it fixed as she believed that I had not used it. However, I think that future visitors should be aware as I just found this super sketchy. Aside from that the place was clean, area was great, and convenient. She even let me book super last minute and was flexible.
