A warm cozy home fully furnished in an excellent location. Long term + short rentals welcome. Long term 28 days or more, short 6 days or more. The room fits two people but we can accommodate up to four with air mattress, sofa bed. This residence is ideal for doctors, nurses, or corporate professionals - close to the airport, major hospitals and vacation spots in South Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove. Camaras outside of house, front, back, garage, side Comfortable, clean, happy, harmonious and positive energy. there is a MEDIFYAIR, just to keep air clean. There are MOISTURE ABSORBER to keep the place dry, this Florida there is a lots of humidity. filters for the air conditioner is NUMBER 12 Keeps air clean from all germs, I changed frequently. in stead of paper towels I place Catton towels, to keep it more green. There are beauty tools . flat iron, curly iron and excellent blower. Excellent location near Key Biscayne, Coral Gables Miracle Mile shops, Coconut Grove, South Beach, and Brickell Financial Center. You will have your own space. This is a quite home that also feels like home away from home. I like to accommodate travelers and help them have a good positive experience. I want you to feel like your house. If there is anything specific needed to make your stay comfortable please let me know ahead of time so I can get it for you.

Rosa’s place is excellent. Very clean, spacey bedroom, awesome bathroom and shower with all you need. Parking is just outside. 2 blocks from a park where I run every day with a running track of 0.5 miles. It has tenis, basketball and outdoor gym with green areas. Amazing we got some nuts and water at our arrival just in case we didn’t eat after the long travel Rosa is super friendly I recommend this place 100%

I loved staying at Rosa’s. Beautiful, clean home. Enjoyed the coffee she had available to us. We were able to use the mini fridge for left over food. I love the shampoos and soaps since I forgot mine. Lots of towels. Linens were clean. I felt safe. And that’s priceless since it was my first trip far away from home. I promise to come back Rosa. Thank you for everything.

Amazing stay and amazing host! 5 stars all the way! Quiet street, parking spot up front! Close to everything! House is spotless, everything was super clean, fluffy towels, a fridge. Rosa left bottled water for us, coffee and tea, as well as some basics! Room is comfortable, the bed is amazing, and the closet is BIG! Rosa does a great job communicating, and is helpful in every way! This place is close to Miracle Mile, great restaurants, the beach! Would book again! And had fast internet!

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Loud music is not tolerated in the neighborhood.

Coral Gables is 5 minutes away, Coconut Grove 7 minutes away and Brickell is about 15 minutes away. These are popular locations with many restaurants and shopping locations. 32nd Avenue is a walking distance and you can find Millan's a grocery store for healthy food, can also find fast food restaurants in the area.
