Nay was very responsive. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Since the weather was going to be nice, Nay graciously put out patio furniture. Very happy with house and the location.

Nay's place was even better in person than the pictures showed. I highly recommend staying there whenever you're in town. My kids absolutely loved the game room, and Nay was very responsive and checked on us to ensure everything was okay.

Great spot for my brothers and I to visit my sister who lives local. The house had plenty of space and a comfortable couch to sit and visit. I appreciated the responsiveness and all the travel essentials in the house. Everything was spotless. We will be back.

The Sunshine was a great place to stay. Everything was exactly as described. If you are in the West Chester area I would highly recommend!
