Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και πολύ καθαρός χώρος και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενικός

We booked this place for a 3-night stay at 30/12/23. The temperature is mild winter at the moment (2-5 degrees celsius at night). The host arrived at the moment we did (afternoon), the heat (a/c) was just turned on and the house was cold but he vouched that it will be ok. We crossed another house's garden to reach the building and there were no lights outside of our building. We used our phones' flashlights to get inside! The other apartments of the building were open and still being built, although it is an old building, which didnt feel safe at night. The a/c, eventually, didnt warm the house at all but the host didnt want to provide any other way of heating. So after being awake all night long because of the cold, we left in the morning. The host was clear that he has the exact a/c at his house so they are ok there. Unprofessional at all levels. A shame in the business.

Όμορφος χώρος προσεγμένος. Ο άνθρωπος που μας υποδέχτηκε ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Το σπίτι εξωτερικά δεν προδιαθέτει. Αλλά το εσωτερικό του είναι εξαιρετικό, καλαίσθητο, ευρύχωρο καθαρό, μοντέρνο. Σε γενικές γραμμές μια πολύ ικανοποιητική επιλογή.

sehr unkompliziert, super nett. Die Wohnung top! Man braucht ein Auto zum Strand, dafür ist der Strand sehr schön in Plaka. Immer wieder gerne!

The apartment was tidy and clean, it was extremely nice and cosy, it had everything we needed, we felt right at home! Quite convenient location and peaceful neighbourhood ,near the center and the sea. Nick is very responsive, friendly and nice. We loved everything about our stay and would definitely stay here again.
