GROUND FLOOR: Private swimming pool 8m*3,5m *1,6m with hydro massage, the water is with the no-Chlorine system, sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, two dining areas, a playground with a swing, and another grass plot with badminton net. From this area, you can reach your private, rustically, and fully equipped summer kitchen and traditional barbecue, TV, Radio with USB connection, and a comfortable dining area. Here you can take a break from the sun, as it is always nice and cool here. The ground floor also offers a Finnish Sauna, a bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. There is an outdoor barbecue next to the spacious covered dining area. The outdoor area is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and typical Dalmatian pine trees.
