THE BEDROOM SPACE This newly remodeled bedroom features a king-size bed with fresh white linens and four king-sized pillows. The bedroom also has a large semi-walk-in closet with hangers, an iron and ironing board, luggage racks, a shoe shelf, beach chairs, and extra blankets. THE BATHROOM The bathroom includes his-and-her sinks, a toilet, a shower, a hairdryer, hair straighter, a towel rack/hooks, and fresh towels. As added amenities, you will be provided complimentary hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and extra towels for your stay. THE KITCHENETTE/COFFEE BAR The kitchenette includes a large under-counter fridge, 3-in-1 microwave, air fryer, convection oven, Keurig coffeemaker, countertop water dispenser, toaster, plates, glasses, utensils, and towels. The kitchenette is supplied with coffee pods, sugar, and coffee creamer. Like most kitchenettes, this unit does NOT have a kitchen sink. THE STUDIO The living room area features a 2 person futon couch with an end table. There is a 50" Smart TV with all the streaming services you'll need. The sleeper futon is supplied with fresh white sheets, a Serasoft Blanket, and 2 down-feather pillows. OUTSIDE/PROPERTY INFO At this time, we DO NOT have outdoor amenities as we are actively working on raising funds to expand and beautify this property build outdoor amenities, and update all landscaping.
