Un apartament foarte frumos, curat, gazdă foarte plăcută

Manuel was a very responsive host. The apartment is far from the airport and the only bus that take you to the accomodation is bus no 6 (for which we found little information on google). On the leaving day, we didnt's find any bus no 6 to take us to the airport, so Manuel helped us to call a taxi. The flat is welcoming, even though is minimalist. It was a little bit stiffled as the flat is at the last floor and we couldn't open the windows from the ceiling because it was raining outside.

We had a great stay at the appartment of Manuel. The location is on walking distance of the shore and close to the center of Pescara which is easily accessible by bus. Communication with Manuel was perfect. The appartment was really nice and clean. A small improvement would be to completely darken the bedroom and add a good kitchen knife for cooking. We experienced that some light came through the blinds. But overall it was definitely good for the price and would recommend.

Wir waren zum Urlaub machen hier. Die Wohnung ist sauber, minimalistisch aber ausreichend eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und sofort benutzbar. Die Lage ist eher fernab vom Schuss kurz vor der Stadteinfahrt zu Montesilvano. In die Innenstadt von Pescara läuft man bei gemächlichen Tempo knapp 1h. Der Bus fährt 10 Minuten und die Haltestelle ist an einer Apotheke 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Google Maps tut sich mit der Adresse schwer. Da ist "what three words" hilfreich ("///arena.inform.buzzing"). Das Meer ist gut und einfach zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuel war sehr, sehr gut und hilfreich. Ohne ihn würden wir die Wohnung immer noch suchen. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fußläufig 15 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist ein großer Lidl. 3 Minuten in die andere Richtung ein kleiner einheimischer Supermarkt. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung empfehlen, wenn man seinen Trip gemächlich in einem ruhigen Fleck angehen will.

Mir hat die Unterkunft von Manuel sehr gefallen. Vor allem für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Pescara ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt viele Busverbindungen in die Stadt. Aber auch fußläufig kann man schnell zum Strand oder zum Supermarkt. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet gewesen, sodass man Abends auch mal kochen konnte. Wenn ich das nächste mal in Pescara bin, dann würde ich das Apartment wieder buchen.
