This is a garage type building that has been converted into a studio apartment. It was very basic, but fine for our needs. Could have used a few extra things like soap in the shower and a hair dryer, but overall it was fine. We were there for the solar eclipse, so we weren't looking for luxury. Only downside is that it is on a fairly busy road, so there was car/truck noise through the night - might have been more than usual because of people coming in for the eclipse, though. The owners, Barbara and Tim, were very nice, and very accommodating - they didn't mind us checking out late.

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights and found it to be very convenient to our family member we were visiting. We flew in from the west coast and did not hire a car because our family member was able to take us where we needed to be. Without a car, this seems like it would be a fairly remote location - not uninhabited - just a bit far from anywhere. The instructions our hosts provided were very clear and we had no problems in that regard. We were very comfortable there and would recommend it for others planning to stay in the area.

Tim and Barb are VERY friendly couple. They were very responsive to any questions or needs that I had. They made me feel at home and welcomed while I was performing my clinical internship rotation for 9 weeks in the Clarksville area. They were very flexible by allowing me to check in early on the day of arrival. They greeted me when I arrived and Barb even left me several slices of homemade pumpkin roll in the refrigerator (and it was YUMMY).

This ended up as truly one of my favorite ever Airbnb stays! The hosts were extremely welcoming from the beginning, helping me unload my car and greeting my dogs. But the best part (and also worst for me, since I felt absolutely terrible when I found out!) is I somehow mixed up my dates and was supposed to leave one night earlier than I had originally booked! I still can't believe how understanding and gracious they were in allowing me to stay another night at the last minute. Beyond that, their little rental home was cute and comfortable, and the perfect size for me and my two dogs. I hope they're still here next year if the police department offers the seminar we attended again - we will definitely be back - with dates double checked! :)
