Complete the Tenant Application form, including income, credit, and ID verification. 4. Upon approval, you will receive a Pre-Approval application form. After receiving your deposit and application fee, our team will arrange a pre-lease virtual inspection. 6. Once inspected, you're ready to move in! 7. On the lease-start date, our team will provide keys or self-check-in instructions.
