One of the worst experiences I’ve had on AirBnb. I traveled across the country and landed late at night. Check-in instructions were not clear, and I had a hard time finding the actual unit because there were no lights on around the house, and felt uncomfortable “roaming” around the property to try and figure out how to get in. I ended up getting in but then felt like I was in the hosts’ home as the walls are very thin. I could hear the whole family going up and down and talking. I ended up needing to leave for many reasons and only staying for 10 hours. The host never replied to my messages about feeling uncomfortable, wanting to leave, and never responded about considering a refund. She took ALL the money, which was over $600 and I stayed for less than 10 hours. I still have yet to hear back. It was terrible, way too expensive and incredibly inconvenient. NEVER AGAIN.

Super clean, newly renovated and in a beautiful gated community. This is a large guest suite, the size of a 1 bedroom apartment. The bed is super comfy and the owner invested in nice linens. Has everything needed for a comfortable sleep, shower, laundry & cooking. Prima is a great hostess who was helpful and accommodating throughout my stay!

Great ADU. Simple and brand new. I felt like I was probably one of 5 people to have stayed there ever. It’s an ADU attached to a larger house but private. I never met the family and came and went with no issues. It’s very safe.
