The Annex at the lodge, situated on the edge of the Cotswolds. Newly refurbished. Short drive to amenities. Home from home set up, ideal base point for days out. Airy, secure and idyllic. Wheelchair friendly, ramp at entrance. Dogs are welcome but must be friendly towards other dogs as our dog lives within the grounds. Ideal point for plane enthusiasts specially with the upcoming international air tattoo. Open living / kitchen area: Front door leads straight into kitchen/ open plan lounge. Very bright and airy Fully Equipped kitchen Dining table to seat 4 Corner sofa Tv Super fast Wi Fi Main bedroom: Light and airy with patio doors onto rear garden area. Wardrobe Chest of drawers Second Bedroom: Bunk beds Chest of drawers Access to Bathroom Bathroom : Access via second bedroom only Shower WC Sink

It was difficult circumstances, health wise, that led to this booking. Alan and Jill could not have been more helpful and understanding...they even, unrequested, provided a Christmas tree and decorations. The were extremely generous in regard to local facilities, using their contacts where necessary to expedite tricky problems. The property is secure, quiet, clean, attractive and it has been a wonderful experience; I would not hesitate to recommend them and their Airbnb.

Great long stay at the Annexe. Comfortable with all you need, fitted to a high standard. Lovely rural setting. Alan and Jill are friendly and caring hosts. Highly recommended.

Photos dont do it justice, lovely little bungalow but with plenty of living space which was great. Modern and clean and really lovely garden space for the kids. Hosts are really lovely and were always responsive, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others

Water Eaton is a beautiful area. Peaceful and quiet, an ideal base point for all nearby attractions/ main routes. The Red Lion Pub is situated just 2 miles away and is a beautiful river side pub that offers incredible food and drinks. 15 Minutes to the historic Roman of Cirencester, 30 minutes to the beautiful Georgian town of Cheltenham and 55 minutes to Bath and about 50 minutes to Stonehenge. Swindon main line railway station is just 15 minutes away.

We have a very large area to park a number of vehicles (includes Electric Car charge Point) we are only 1.8 Miles from the A419 that can take you across to the Cotswold Lakes and Water Park/Cheltenham / Gloucester and the M5 and just 10 Minutes to the M4 in the other direction. There are no bus routes locally however Cricklade Town is just 3 minutes away and that provides a number of bus options, the main Swindon bust station is just 15 minutes away. Bristol airport can be reached within the hour and pick up / drop off can be arranged.
