There is plenty of off-street parking. Room to park your boat or trailer behind a gated driveway. Hot water is mains pressure gas. Water supply notes are below. We have a large heat pump in the lounge and small oil heaters in the bedrooms if needed during the colder months. There is a brazier on the lawn outside, and you are welcome to light a fire. Please don't move the brazier from where it is, though. The TV is not connected to an aerial but has a chrome cast that you can cast your own streaming device to and a DVD player with movies in the drawers next to the TV. A Bluetooth speaker is ready to connect onto, too. Lift up the chaise part of the couch, and you will find board games and books.
