For a smoother check in,We prefer you to :
1) For security purposes and deposit is to be transferred before check in.
2) Our latest check in time for Customer service stops at 9.50 pm. If you need late check in, please liaise with us to settle all paperworks before 10:00 pm.
After 10 : 00 pm without informed, your message may be neglected.
3) Ensure no valuable belongings in car and room. (Park at OWN RISK.)
4) Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in our units. A penalty equivalent to your deposit is to be levied as smoking smell prevailed.
5) Penalty for loss of each access card @ keys- RM 100.00
6) Food / fruits with pungent smell or strong colouring (such as Durian / mangosteen) are not allowed in the unit.
7) Adhere to rules and regulations of the Hotel / Homestays are courtesy for the next guests.
8) Any damage or loss of items belonging to the unit will be charged accordingly.
9) Refundable Security Deposit upon a problem free guest is to be done within 1-3 workings days.
10) RM10.00 Per night for the government tourism tax is required if you are a foreigner in extra.Or if the online platform didn't charge you.
11) Cleaning fee need to pay before your arrival .Rm80.00 per stay .If the online platform have collect it on behalf then ignore.
