Chỗ ở có vị trí thuận tiện, gần khu mua sắm. Chủ nhà nên mô tả rõ hơn về đường sang Dubai Mall, vì nếu tìm đường theo bản đồ sẽ đi khá xa, trong khi thực tế có thể đi bộ qua khi dân cư và cầu vượt đường.

The apartment itself is nice however the service received was short of appalling. There is little to no communication between dream inn and the concierge of the building. As a result check in took over an hr as they couldn’t find out why our group had been checked in to two different apartments and which one was our actual apartment. When finally giving an apartment this was still being “clean” but the whole place smell of sewage. I called the host everyday to send a team to clean the apartment and he gave me the run around for 3 days straight. “ they will come and clean today” “ I don’t know what time “ “they came and no one open the door (despite there being a spare key for staff)”. On the day they came they cleaned the floor and the bathroom, took all our towels but didn’t replace w new ones because “we didn’t order it”. Better to spend a few extra hundreds and get the service you need. I will not book again

نظيف ومرتب جدا ومناسب للعائلة الصغيرة أو عدد ٤ اشخاص سهل الوصول إليه وقريب من عدة مناطق أهمها البوليفارد ودبي مول ومنطقة المركز المالي والسيتي ووك والتعليمات واضحة من قبل القائمين على المكان واستجابتهم جيدة واستباقية هناك عدد من الملاحظات الصغيرة أتمنى تلافيها مستقبلا ..

I Never recommend to any visitors to take this space its pathetic. there was not a single amenisty there not a dental kit not a single tissue not a single slipper not any crokery and when i called them to provide all stuff they started. Saying this is what it is so deal with it and never responded again. There AC was not in working condition. And at the time of check in a guy step in the apartment without permission and walking around the room with rude behaviour and he was in mood to through us out . The host keep saying why u didn’t clean the apartment why u didn’t make a mob seriously i thankful that this guy was not in my hometown. Then they put the false claim and when we checked in they were keep forcing for 2000 aed for security without any prior knowledge and confirmation of airbnb. Stay away this !!!! SCAMMER HOST !!!!!
