I booked Judith’s space last minute after our first AirBNB (with someone else) was not acceptable . I am so glad it all worked out this way because Judith’s space was clean, private, and quiet. … what a treat to stay at this AirBnB. Our fur baby loved the fenced in area right outside the door. It had everything our family needed and nothing we didn’t need. We travel to FL 4 to 5 times a year and would choose to stay here again. Thanks to Judith for working with us on such short notice!

Judith’s suite was extremely comfortable and clean! The location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to many amenities. Wi-Fi worked well for a remote work day. Overall a great stay, and will definitely stay here again while visiting Spring Hill.

When first arriving, grass was freshly cut although looked like a bad haircut. Eventually it seemed the lawn was recut. First impressions are important to me as I'm a newbie with Airbnb. Instructions on looking for door to right a little off as it is actually a fence gate. And the latch was a little tricky to open from outside. The door lock acted up when first entering room as it continued to cycle on its own. Locked and unlocked. Only issue with the room was not much room for toiletries in bathroom. Maybe a shelf somewhere would be beneficial. Shower was clean and loved the shower head and water pressure. No bath soap though. Bed very comfortable and clean. TV required a message to Judith to figure out and with a quick response, worked very well. Did not utilize kitchen area as was not in the room most of the day. Patio was private although could use some TLC and bug spray.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Judith’s place! Judith and her family made us feel right at home. This is our second visit and yes we will visit her place again soon!!!
