The house was beautiful and quiet. Extremely clean. It was off the Gulf just enough to get away from the busy strip but still close friends enough to go back and forth to the beach/pier.
Mark and Sandi’s home was exactly as described. The inside is beautiful as well as outside. The backyard is very peaceful and we spent hours looking at the stars at night. It was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend for anyone who was wanting to stay in the area.

Their home was very inviting and clean! Comfortable beds and high quality linens! The kitchen had everything you would need if you love to cook during your stay. The back patio was enclosed relaxing. We had the option of sitting under the stars overlooking the water. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. Beautiful home! Thank you for making your home available!

Our newer home is located in the beautiful SPI golf course community & has awesome lake & sunset views!! Our golf course community offers many activities for our guests & we are close to all area attractions including the beautiful & fun South Padre Island with many tourist attraction, restaurants and long & wide sandy beaches! We are in a safe gated community that offers golfing, 2 heated swimming pools, a gym, tennis courts & community activities for all our guests. Our home has a filtered water system at the kitchen sink & refrigerator for good water & ice. The whole home also is on a soft water treatment system. Its a perfect place to stay for a family or two couples. Its a Beautiful & safe area to do walks. Enjoy all the bird life & small lakes that wrap around the community.
Please park in front of the garage. Please do not park over night on street.
