Great little Parisian apartment. Location is fantastic and easy walking distance to multiple train stations. Quiet street in a secure building. Plenty of local eateries and bars nearby. Charlotte allowed us a flexible late checkout which was very much appreciative and gave local recommendations once we arrived. The apartment is small and quaint, with small lift access if carrying baggage. Only negatives we had were that the bed was quite hard and pillows thin, but after a full day exploring the city, this didn't have too much of an impact. Neighbours also smoke, so you sometimes do get a drift when the windows are open. Overall though, would recommend.

Charlotte was a wonderful host, friendly and responsive to any requests we had. Appartment is in a great location with 2 different metro lines located within 5 minute walk. Montemarte Cathedral is very much walkable from the appartment and is a must see.

Excellente communication et accueil de Charlotte, adorable et arrangeante. La localisation est parfaite, accessible à pied de la gare St Lazare et de nombreuses lignes de métro. Et l’appartement est très accueillant, fidèle à la description. Je recommande vivement Charlotte.

Charlotte is a lovely hostess. Her tiny apartment is impeccably clean and welcoming. The location has easy access to metros, buses and shops. For older people like we are the only downside would be getting around the bed to one side of the bed and to access the great cupboard in the bedroom. There is not much space to move in. Other than that one point everything was perfect. Thank you, Charlotte!
