A spacious, well-furnished, and very centrally located home, used for our Artist's Residency program for several sessions annually but available for rental to visitors to Spoleto for the rest of the year. The apartment is large, located up 1 flight of steps from the central courtyard of the quiet residential building and looks out over a parish courtyard across the way. The primary bedroom suite is located at the back of the central hallway and the bathrooms are located to the side of the central hall.
