At nearly every step in the process the communication was rapid and informative. Very responsive host. Catina was our go-to and she is a wonderful help. She recognized that I would have difficulty opening the gate due to my height and made certain she was available to escort me out...even helped with the baggage. Only thing I recommend is that Catina get some recognition for all she does do to keep the place so nice and well-managed. Also, some coasters will keep the furnishings in good condition.
