Très bon séjour dans cet appartement très agréable, tout confort , bien équipé, au 36 ème étage qui offre une belle vue sur Istanbul, situé dans quartier sécurisé . Bien placé pres de commerces et restaurants. La propriétaire très sympathique, repond immédiatement si problème. je recommande pour un sejour dans cette belle ville !

This is the best Airbnb experience I have had. Deniz made me feel at home as soon as I walked in. Deniz is naturally a caring person and speaks very good English. She even helped me with my heavy bags. On top of that, she prepared small treats, water, and drinks. This level of service is hard to come across at airbnb properties. When I needed specific items such as power adapters, she took her time to do an online research and found the nearest stores I can go to. When I had a hard time communicating at the store, she translated for me over the phone. Throughout my stay, she checked on me to make sure that my stay was comfortable. The unit is immaculately clean. It is located on an upper floor with a great view of Asia side of Istanbul. There are multiple malls and restaurants nearby. When ordering food, the drivers come directly to the unit, which was a plus compared to many hotels that do not offer such a service. I highly recommend Deniz and her properties. I would visit again.

We appreciate the extra efforts you took to accommodate our requests and ensure our comfort. Your thoughtfulness and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The view from the 36th floor was absolutely stunning, and the swimming pool was nothing short of brilliant. Having the convenience of a shop on the ground floor was incredibly handy. Furthermore, we'd like to express our gratitude to Ulke, who was immensely helpful in bringing us the adapter we needed from the UK to Turkey. Deniz and Ülkü are so nice ladies. Both of them are professional. The apartment was super clean, the description was correct and the mattress was comfort and new. Bed linens of all kind were washed and available. The bedroom curtains had no blackout. at night be careful of the dogs i have been attacked twice. The location is super quiet and very close to restaurants and shops. Also it is very close to Metropol İstanbul mall
