Location is wonderful and the house is probably very nice in summer. We went in December to send New Years Eve, there was no hot water, the grill was very dirty and rusty. I had to clean it myself so I could use it. The host did offer to give us the money back if we wanted to leave earlier, which we declined because we could not find any other place on the 31st of December. The house was very cold when we arrived and it took a day to warm up the house with electric heaters. But the worst was really the lack of hot water. The water heating is by solar energy and in December there isn't as much sun. The Host said there is a backup but it wouldn't work. We had to be taking showers with water heated in pots. We understand it is difficult to find someone to repair a water system on New Years Eve, but a house shouldn't even be rented out without a proper checkup if everything is working.

A nice place with a pool to refresh and a very nice BBQ place. To open the doors I needed to fiddle the key to an annoying degree, but that can be a personal issue. And because there is no way to lock the lattice blinds in an open state, they needed to be closed when it was windy. Besides that, we had a great time!

La casa esta espectacular aunque un poco alejada. Supermercado mas proximo a 15 min en coche. Tuvimos que esperar 2 horas a que nos abrieran a pesar de avisar con 1 dia de antelacion la hora de llegada. La piscina, barbacoa y la casa en general en perfecto estado. La playa cerca (15 min andando)

Horrible management! They took three days to respond to my text. I landed in Lisbon and didn't even know the address. I had to contact Airbnb to help me. Once she gave me the address, it was the wrong one; they sent me to central Lisbon. Once I finally got there, nobody was there to receive me; we had to wait in a sun of 35 degrees with 3 tired kids. Once we were in, the kids went straight to the swimming pool; 5 minutes late, two guys arrived to clean the swimming pool. My kids were swimming in a dirty swimming pool from a previous guest. How I'm unconsidering this people were. The outside was filthy. I asked them to clean, and they promised the following day to send someone to clean. I arrived from the beach with lots of BBQ meat, and the place was still dirty. I had to text again, and the next day, a lady came and cleaned. The house is in the middle of nowhere. The closest supermarket is 20 minutes drive. I wouldn't recommend this place.
