The travel center, railway station, central Church Park, Harju hill, all the services of the city center, and the university are all under a 10min walk away. You can arrive by car or by walking, there is a free parking spot for you in the inner yard of the building. The apartment itself is very peaceful, the neighbours are quiet, and there is no traffic noise since the street is cut off for construction. If you arrive after 20, let us know beforehand, because the gate to the inner yard is closed between 20-07! This apartment is excellent for anyone on their way through to stay for the night or two, for holiday-goers, for work trips, and even for longer stays! The flat features a modern kitchen with a ceramic induction stove, a bar table, as well as an expandable bigger table for eating. The adjustable workstation is equipped with a large screen with a HDMI cable, the bedroom has a high-quality memory-foam mattress, and the living room has comfortable sofas for even five people to sit comfortably! The corridoor and the toilet feature automated candlelights, and both main rooms of the apartment can be illuminated the traditional way, or with Philips Hue smart lighting, which are operated with remotes. The house of Peppi the unicorn is equipped with all the bells and whistles of a normal house, and more! Two people fit in the queen-sized bed (160cm) on a high-quality memory-foam mattress, and one person can sleep comfortably on the sofa with a high-quality memory-foam mattress as well!
