Large south facing breezy backyard with attached porch perfect for lounging, barbecue, and gathering.

Plenty of parking is available for at least three vehicles on the property; plenty of street parking. The main access roads to Koinonia are Bartlett, Clark, and Guadalupe Streets. Koinonia sits on a corner lot.
