Nice newly renovated studio at 9 min from the beach of Santa Ana. 24 hours reception. Autonomous and flexible departures and arrivals are offered at no extra cost so you can come and go at the time that best suits you. Ideal for couples and families up to 4 people. Located in a quiet, quiet and safe area, 2 minutes from Parque de la Paloma. It has a large free parking area in front of the building as well as a supermarket. Studio of 31 m², furnished with everything you need to enjoy a few days of disconnection. It has a bathroom, kitchen, large living room and terrace overlooking the sea and swimming pools. Air conditioning + Free WIFI and TV with Internet access. Our special corner is the terrace. There you can live unique conversations and fun moments during a meal with your partner or family. We have designed the studio to provide a sense of depth during the day while maintaining a restful and quality sleep at night. For this, at night, the sofa disappears and becomes a double bed and the armchairs move to form two single beds.

Excellent communicatio from host end to end, very well described details for check in, house rules and check out system as for traveler that travels first time i can say Jorge made me felt like i know this place already, much thanks! Apartment is sunny, nicely furnished. It is very quite area (which i was excatly looking for) and definatley a place to return and recommend to friends, gracias!
Der Aufenthalt war super. Kleines Appartment aber für uns ausreichend. Die Umgebung ist super, strand ist Fußnah gelegen, einfach zu erreichen. Leckere Restaurants ausenrum, Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Das appartement war sauber und absolut zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation hat super gepasst, alle sehr freundlich und nett. Die Menschen dort in Spanien waren allgemein alle sehr freundlich. Vorallem kinderfreundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

Quiet and safe area. Very quiet at night allowing a quality sleep.
Lots of services around it. Wide area of free parking, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, physiotherapists, podiatrists, bazaars, etc..
It is an area where you can move both by car and on foot without any problem. One minute away from the studio there is a cab rank and a bus stop.
In front of the building there is a large parking area where you can leave your car.
To get to Malaga by public transport you can go by bus or the Renfe train station which is a 10 minute walk away.
