This air bnb was perfect 2 people! As a study abroad student in Germany for springfest, it was the perfect location between the city center and the theresienwiese. We were able to walk everywhere, there’s a convenience store right down the street open until 3am and the workers were extremely helpful when we couldn’t figure out the ATM, the neighbors were friendly, and the kitchen was an added bonus! Would definitely stay here again if I were to come back, the city is beautiful! The listing says no hot water but there was- might’ve been a mistake. Side note if you’re coming to Germany you will absolutely need cash

Good location for exploring Munich by Public Transport. Really easy when arriving by train. Comfortable and new furniture. WiFi could be better though.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und man hat alles was man braucht, der Kontakt war nett. Die Gegend ist zwar sehr zentral und man kann alles sehr schnell erreichen. Als Frau habe ich mich allerdings nicht sehr sicher gefühlt. In der Wohnung schon, durch das Viertel gehen nicht. Sehr zu empfehlen ist allerdings das Restaurant Servus Habibi direkt um die Ecke.

I really recommend that you stay here. The accommodation is ideally located close to the train station and within walking distance of all the sights. The room was clean and comfy and the kitchen as well. Anna was a super host and even went as far as getting a baby bed specifically for us during our stay and allowed us to drop our bags before hand. Really great. Overall, don't hesitate to book here, I know I will if I come to Munich again. Thanks Anna!
