Mallards Barn has been beautifully renovated to a high standard self-catering, 2 bedroom cottage. A glazed door entrance leads to open plan dining, kitchen & living area and a utility room. The front patio has gravel & is fenced, ideal for occupiers dogs, the rear patio area has table, chairs and parasol and beautiful views over our fields, ponds with ducks & swans, and wonderful old oak trees. An oak staircase leads to the 1st floor and 2 spacious double bedrooms. (No dogs upstairs) One bedroom has a vintage metal frame king-size bed, a built in cupboard, vintage pine chest and low level cupboard with drawers and oak bedside drawers with reading lights. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cubicle & heated towel rail, vanity unit & WC. The other has a super king-size bed which can be separated into 2 long single beds. A built in cupboard, painted pine bedside drawers with reading lights and matching chest of drawers, and a low level 2 door cupboard with top drawers. The adjoining bathroom has a bath & heated towel rail, vanity unit and WC. All our bed linen is luxury cotton 400TC or higher. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need for cooking the most basic of meals to baking a full Sunday roast and everything in between, if you need anything else just ask! The fan oven is electric with an electric ceramic hob. and extractor hood above. There is also a microwave, toaster & kettle. The utility has a WC and hand basin, coat hooks above the radiator, washing machine, ironing board and iron, electric fan, and a freezer. The lounge area has a two seater leather sofa and two arm chairs. an Android Smart TV (don't forget your preferred entertainment login and password details!) We have our own satellite fast broadband (download average 26-30mps) which is free to guests. Please ensure you log out of your chosen entertainment when you leave. There are a few games, puzzles and books.
