Cozy waterfront condo with lots of amenities of home! Close to the Hwy 76 strip, the dam, state park, hiking trials, Silver Dollar City and more! The condo is a second story (stairs), loft-style, approximately 858 ft.². It is located on the second floor of the complex there are two bedrooms one upstairs and one downstairs both have queen size beds. There is a full bath downstairs and a 3/4 bath upstairs. The sofa in the living room is also a double bed with a chaise lounge, which allows sleep space for up to 3 people. The kitchen is equipped with new dishes, glasses, utensils, a pots, pans, Instapot, toaster, and coffee maker. There is an electric grill available for use we ask that you clean it after use. Ironing board, iron, soap,shampoo, and hairdryer are available. There are wide stairs to the unit, no elevator.

Wonderful and relaxing place to stay! We really enjoyed the home and the beautiful view! The host was very helpful when we needed something as well as thoughtful and kind.

Nice place in a great location.
This place is too cute!! My 2 sisters and I fit very comfortably, and loved the loft bedroom. Perfect place to relax after being out and about all day. Would definitely come back again!
Beautiful view of Lake Taneycomo from the balcony. Kids played in backyard. Neighbors were friendly and even offered their grill when a storm took the power out. The condo is a bit smaller than I anticipated, yet it met all of our needs. Janet gave excellent recommendations about where to go, where to eat and answered any question in rapid order. Thank you Janet!

This neighborhood is well-kept, simple and peaceful. There is a large lot next door that is vacant. There are many nightly rentals, family friendly, and you can enjoy the peace and quiet by the water or head down into town and enjoy shopping and entertainment.
There are two parking spots. If you have a boat or camper, please call Fall Creek Marina to discuss parking. Thank you
