DECO RECOLETA is located at the corner of Presidente Ortiz and Guido. Set at the heart of Recoleta neighborhood, DECO RECOLETA combines modern and sophisticated elements with all the history and uniqueness of its privileged surroundings. Opposite the building lies the famous Recoleta cemetery surrounded by a huge park for nature lovers.
Recoleta is one of the richest neighborhood as far as culture is concerned. You can’ t miss its typical art galleries! Or the huge variety of restaurants and places to it round the area. The apartment is only three blocks away from the "Recoleta Urban Mall", where you would be dazzled by the huge number of signature restaurants known worldwide. It is only seven blocks away from the luxurious" Patio Bullrich, which has lost of boutique stores and a food court to explore.
The neighborhood is flooded with cultural attractions and historical buildings such as the Alvear Hotel
( Hotel Alvear) 3 blocks away, the Duhau Palace (Palacio Duhau) 6 blocks away, and the National Museum of Fine Arts( Museo de Bellas Artes) 7 blocks away with its beautiful park "Plaza Francia", a magnificent place to spend the day in the open air. The National Library (Biblioteca Nacional ) just ten blocks away; and the Ateneo bookstore, which used to be a renowned theater in 1919, are two of the most famous landmarks. A little bit further away, but still in the heart of Recoleta, is the magnificent Decorative Art Museum of Buenos Aires (Museo de Arte Decorativo). There you can have the most delicious cakes at “Croque Madame”, the museum restaurant.

The apartment is just 20 minutes’ drive away from the domestic airport “Aeropuerto Local Aeroparque” (AEP) and 50 minutes’ away from our international airport “Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza (EZE)” on regular traffic. The bus station "Retiro" is only 15 minutes’ drive away.
We recommend Uber or Cabify to ride safely through the city. You can also hire Nicole’s trusted driver during your stay.
Parking in the street is allowed (unless indicated otherwise) For those looking for parking lots, there is one just 150 meters from the building. You can also consult availability in the building garage (this is not included in the fee).
Using public transportation is a great option, too. You need to get the SUBE card, which you can recharge in kiosks and subway stations.
Subway station “Las Heras” LINE H is just 5 blocks away from the apartment; and subway station “Pueyrredon” is only 10 blocks away from the building. Besides, on Las Heras avenue you can find plenty of buses that can take you to visit the city landmarks.
