The modern apartment has 50 square meters and was renovated over the last few months. It is on the first floor directly next to the river Traun. It features a lovely balcony and it includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes). The apartment is newly renovated. It has a custom-built kitchen with dishwasher and all other appliances. The beautiful bright living room features a designer couch, and a 50" smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size double bed and blackout blinds. A large glass-door shower, a separate toilet, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine round off the complete range right on the river Traun.

Einfach, großartig!
Die Wohnung von Christoph ist sehr schön und super gelegen. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in den Ort und direkt an der Traun. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr schön war auch, dass ein paar Kapseln für die Nespresso-Maschine bereit lagen. Christoph war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns mit Tips zur Umgebung und für Restaurants großartige Hilfe geleistet.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Apartment. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und hat super funktioniert. Das Apartment war sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, um zu kochen.

自我介绍
I'm a 42-year-old film producer. Born in Austria, I moved to the US after high school. In San Francisco I studied Motion Pictures & Video. I finished my degree in Sydney, Australia where I then worked for a number of years. Now, back in Europe, I co-own the film company Outline Pictures - o (Website hidden by Airbnb) I've been traveling a lot ever since I was a kid. Through my sports (surfing, snowboarding, skydiving, etc.) as well as through work I've been to very remote places before. Most important is my camera gear. That's always with me. The rest of my luggage varies. Sometimes a couple of surf boards. Sometimes just water and a bicycle (in that case I'd go to Burming Man). One more thing, I'm not a FB user. Not quite sure why. I guess I just never needed it so far.
