You will then enter into our brand new condo with a modern kitchen and all new appliances with an extra big white quartz stone island with four high rattan chairs. The island has a build in beverage refrigerator. The lighting on the island can be dimmed to your liking. The unit has a brand new water filtration system for the entire unit and a reverse osmosis for drinking water (no need to buy water). The living space includes a comfortable love seat couch and a queen size sleeper sofa with plush throws to cozy up watch tv or listen to the sound of the ocean waves crashing from just beyond the patio. Next to the living room you will find a wood table for 6 with table settings, a warm light for a romantic dinner or dining with family or friends. Once you pass through the kitchen and living area you will find the master bedroom with a queen size bed. You will find the bed dressed in layers of soft linens that reflect the seasons to include pillows, blankets and high thread cotton bed sheets. A plush carpet for your comfort whenever you wake up or get out of bed. Morning views with the bed facing the ocean and can listen to ocean waves from the comfort of your bed. Watch the panoramic view of the ocean or catch one of our incredible marmalade sky sunsets. Coming out of the glass sliding door you will find a set of two outdoor patio chairs with small table to continue enjoying our beautiful ocean views. The tiled shower has filtered water so you can feel the softness to the touch, along with complimentary 100% vegan, cruelty free, sulfate and paraben free Coco Mango Moisturizing shampoo and 100% vegan, cruelty free, sulfate and paraben free citrus body wash. His and hers quartz sinks with hand soap. Hair dryer and makeup towels. Second bedroom has a queen size bed also dressed in layers of soft linens that reflect the seasons to include pillows, blankets and high thread cotton bed sheets. The full bathroom has a hair dryer, makeup towel, complimentary 100% vegan, cruelty free, sulfate and paraben free Coco Mango Moisturizing shampoo and 100% vegan, cruelty free, sulfate and paraben free citrus body wash. The huge balcony has two single person Laz-boy outdoor recliner sets with small table and comfy cushions. A huge comfy bench with cushions to enjoy the panoramic ocean views, listen to the ocean waves or just simply relax. A table is also added for convenience whether you want to read or enjoy drinks with friends. Don't forget to grab the provided beach towels, folding chairs, floaties, small ice chest and head out to our private beach to enjoy and listen to the ocean waves. Our indoor heated pools, saunas or jacuzzis. Maybe you prefer the outdoor pool or jacuzzi and our charcoal grills and spend the day outdoors enjoying Ocean Front Sunsets at Playa Encantada.
